Rules for Membership Registration:

1. Valid ID Proof (Original & Photocopy)

2. Valid Address Proof (Original & Photocopy)

3. Two Passport Size Recent Photographs

4. Registration Fee Rs. 100 (Valid one year from the date of registration)

5. Registration card is non-transferable

Rules for Borrower Membership:

1. General Borrower Membership: Security Deposit Amount Rs. 500. Only one book will be issued for one month.

2. Special Borrower Membership: Security Deposit Amount Rs. 1000 OR Rs. 2000. Only two books will be issued for one month.

3. The reader can choose the ‘Security Deposit Amount’ as per his/her choice.

4. The ‘Security Deposit Amount’ will be refunded by cheque on the request of the reader.

5. Borrower card is non-transferable.

6. Late Fee: If the issued book is kept for more than one month, then late fee Rs. 1 per day will be charged.

7. Reference and Rare books can be used in the library reading hall only. Reference and Rare books will not be issued for home.
